
Chop the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pear (but don't peel it) and cut the slices in half.
If you're using the Dragonfruit, peel it and chop it into small bite-sized pieces.
Place all the fruit in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients into a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour over the fruit and marinate for 15 minutes at least, or while you make the crema.
Serve the salad on top of a smear of the crema, or use the crema as a separate dip. Best served cold!
