I took my grandson and son-in-law in January of this year and we had so much fun! It was held at Angel Stadium, just like it will be in 2025, and while it was a rainy day, we didn’t let it get in the way. My grandson still wanted to run around from truck photo op to vendor to another truck, stopping to jump in some puddles along the way.

The day of fun starts at the Monster Jam Pit Party on Saturday and Sunday, where families can get up close and personal with these massive trucks, snap a selfie, meet their favorite drivers, and collect autographs. It’s the perfect way to start a day of adrenaline-charged fun, packed with family-friendly activities. In 2024, we were able to meet so many of the drivers! My youngest son used to love Monster Mutt; we took him a few times, and he’d hug onto his Monster Mutt plushie. I was able to take a picture with the next generation, my grandson, and the Monster Mutt driver. Full circle moment!

Important note: If it rains when you go, the event still goes on! Some of the seats are covered but not the first sections so be prepared with waterproof hoodies. It sort of added to the fun because of the mud! The motorcycle stunt riders still performed and all of the rides (some of which do have additional fees) still continued. Don’t let a rainy day make you cancel!
