The name of this event alone sells me. Pacific. Wine. Food. What more do you want?

Presented by Pacific Sales, with thanks to the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, the hubs, best camera equipment carrier ever…and he remembers food details and flavor levels in more detail than me, sometimes…are attending on August 19. I can’t wait!

There’s a lot to love about the event, beyond having over 100+ wines available and food from 60+ of Southern California’s best chefs.

KLOS is hosting a party with Stella Artois. Souza is serving margarita popsicles aka poptails. (OMG, that alone, right?) Maker’s Mark, Bacardi and Hornitos are serving cocktails. Maker’s Mark Touring Truck will even be there. Enjoy a silent disco when you put on a pair of headphones and dance on the sand. That part of the evening is hugely popular!

There’s a Taco & Beer Lounge by Towne Park Brewery and Chela’s Mexican Restaurant with premium Anderson’s Seafood. Lynx Backyard Grilling is going to serve its Pacific Burger, by Burger Boss. This classic SoCal-inspired burger features an all-natural, grass-fed beef patty topped with a thick slice of pepper jack cheese, fresh tomato and avocado then smeared with house-made chipotle aioli and served on a classic white bun.

Melissa’s Produce is having an agua fresca bar, along with exotic fruit and a sweet corn bar, and Neil Saavedra will be hosting a live report of the Fork Report on Saturday, August 18th. How cool is that?
